Kimchi Chocolate Pizza
Ingredients:
Pizza dough (1 round)
Dark chocolate – 100g
Aged kimchi – 200g
Mozzarella cheese – 150g
Honey – 2 tablespoons
Toasted sesame seeds – a pinch

Instructions:
Melt the dark chocolate and spread it thinly over the pizza dough.
Finely chop the aged kimchi and evenly sprinkle it on top.
Add shredded mozzarella cheese generously.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 12 minutes.
Once baked, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve warm and enjoy the strange but delicious harmony.
